Winyu House  is a new development to house the Shared Services Department of the ACT Government in the heart of Gungahlin Town Centre. The building provides 10,000 sq.m of innovative A-Grade office accommodation over three levels complimented by a ground floor ‘interactive’ shop front  for customers, staff and residents of the Gungahlin Town precinct.

Winyu House represents a new paradigm in government accommodation providing an environment that promotes inclusion of a highly motivated workforce. The building is designed as a dynamic and vibrant place, engaging for all participants through a carefully crafted solution which embraces contemporary workplace thinking.

The top lighted central void connecting all levels is the key to inclusiveness and engagement of the 680 plus staff as they move around and through the building in their working day. A  90 place childcare centre and restaurant are provided on the ground floor level.
